45 minutes of low impact movement with additional resistance. Consists of dynamic, functional movements with the incorporation of ankle weights and dumbbells. Meditative, fluid and always worthwhile.

A reset for your body and mind. This class is a chilled-out version of theSCULPT at a slower pace with a very different feel. Expect to calm your mind while you strengthen and elongate your muscles.
