The Classes

  • 50 minutes of low impact cardio and full-body strength training. Consists of large-range aerobic movements and controlled, resistance-based motions at set intervals. Intense, sweat-inducing and always energizing.

  • 45 minutes of classical mat pilates. Consists of the slow, controlled movements that increase strength and flexibility. Chill, calming and always a solid core workout.

  • 50 minutes of authentic barre exercises. Consists of the original barre exercises created by Lotte Berk, the founder of barre fitness. Efficient, unpredictable and always spirited.

  • 45 minutes of low impact movement with additional resistance. Consists of dynamic, functional movements with the incorporation of ankle weights and dumbbells. Meditative, fluid and always worthwhile.

  • 45 minutes to hit the reset button. Consists of a reprise of theSCULPT with exercises at a slower pace to a chilled-out playlist. Total reset for your body and mind.
