Things to Know

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable moving in. Leggings, tank top, sweatshirt and sweatpants are all welcome here. The only item required is a pair of grip socks. If you forget your grip socks, you can borrow some from the studio stash.

How long is each class?

Classes are 50 minutes long and each class starts with a dynamic warmup and ends with a long stretch/cooldown.

What’s the cost?

A single class costs $25 plus tax. The following class packs are also offered:

  • 5 classes - $100

  • 10 classes - $180

  • 20 classes - $300

  • 30 classes - $360

What if I need to modify exercises?

No problem - modifications can be provided. Please inform your instructor of any movement restrictions and/or sensitivities (e.g., knees, shoulders, etc.) prior to the start of class.

Where do I sign up?

Click the Book Class button at the top right of the page to sign up for class. You’ll be redirected to Punchpass, the booking platform we use. Create an account, purchase a single class or class pack and reserve your spot in the class of your choice.

Do you offer memberships?

Nope, but class packs to get you through the month are available for purchase.

Is there parking nearby?

There’s plenty of free parking right outside the entrance to the studio.

What if I have to cancel my class reservation?

No worries! You can cancel your reservation from your Punchpass account, and there’s no penalty for a late cancelation.

Do I need to bring anything?

Pack your grip socks and a water bottle in case you get thirsty. Everything else you need for class in already here.
