theSCULPT

What’s theSCULPT class? Strength, mobility and flow set to a 45-minute energizing playlist. Every class is a full-body workout that incorporates ankle weights and dumbbells for additional resistance. With five distinct movement sequences that vary each week, you’ll find that each class provides a different challenge for your body.

Although new movements are introduced every week, theSCULPT follows the same format each time:

  • Full body warmup with light weight work

  • Standing sequence

  • Prone and supine floor sequence

  • Sidelying sequence

  • Cooldown and stretch

Each movement sequence is performed to an entire song, allowing you to move to the beat, focus inward and enhance your mind-muscle connection. You’ll work one side of your body at a time, which helps identify and correct muscle imbalances.

The movement sequences in theSCULPT are also incorporated into theINTERVALS classes during the week, so you’ll see them again and have another chance to master each sequence if you sign up for both types of classes.

theSCULPT is my personal favorite - low impact movement that sculpts your whole body and allows you focus on your mind-muscle connection. Just 🙌💞
